Extremely Unhealthy Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

Sliced sharp cheddar
2 slices bread
Shredded parmesan or other hard cheese you like (optional)
Butter or mayo (optional)

Directions

  1. step 3 lay down some parchment paper on a tray
  2. If you are doing butter or mayo, drop that side face down on the parchment paper
  3. If you dont want butter or mayo, throw down a bed of shredded parm (legit like 10g+) and drop the bread on top of it
  4. Build sandwich on top of bread
  5. Put in oven at 375 for 5-6 minutes. you can make like 4 sandwiches with this though, so if you do that, up it to 7 minutes
  6. Take out, remove sandwiches from parchment paper with a flat spatula
  7. Put EVEN MORE parm down and flip the sandwiches upside down
  8. Cook for 5 more minutes
